非托運行李

一、概述

非托運行李是指旅客自行負責照管的行李。

二、非托運行李規則

1.持頭等艙、公務艙、舒適經濟艙客票的旅客帶入客艙的非托運行李限兩件,每件非托運行李的重量不能超過5公斤，體積不超過20×40×55厘米，并應能置于旅客的前排座位之下或封閉式行李架內。超過上述重量、件數或體積限制的物品，應作為托運行李運輸。

2.持經濟艙客票的旅客帶入客艙的非托運行李只限一件，其重量不能超過5公斤，體積不超過20×40×55厘米，并應能置于旅客的前排座位之下或封閉式行李架內。超過上述重量、件數或體積限制的物品，應作為托運行李運輸。

3.持兒童票的旅客非托運行李額等同于成人票旅客，持嬰兒票的旅客無非托運行李額。

三、非托運行李要求

1. 成都航空為了運輸安全的原因，可以會同旅客對其行李進行檢查；必要時，可會同有關部門進行檢查。如旅客拒絕接受檢查，成都航空有權拒絕接受該行李的運輸。

2.旅客的非托運行李，如因其形狀、包裝、體積、重量或特性等原因不符合成都航空運輸條件，成都航空將請旅客加以改善；如旅客不能或拒絕改善，成都航空有權拒絕該行李的運輸。

Non-Checked Baggage

I. Overview

"Non-checked baggage", refers to the baggage that the passenger bears personal responsibility for its protection.

II. The Rules of the Control over Non-Checked Baggage

The passenger who holds with the flight ticket of first-class cabin, or business-class cabin, or comfortable economy-class cabin is limited to take two non-checked baggage in the cabin. The total weight must not exceed 5 KG and the volume of each non-checked baggage must not exceed 20×40×55 CM, and should be placed under the front passenger seat or inside the enclosed overhead baggage compartment . The article in excess of above-mentioned weight, piece or volume limitation should be transported as the checked baggage.

2. The passenger who holds with the flight ticket of economy-class cabin is limited to only take one non-checked baggage in the cabin. The total weight must not exceed 5 KG and its volume must not exceed 20×40×55 CM, and should be placed under the front passenger seat or inside the enclosed overhead baggage compartment . The article in excess of above-mentioned weight, piece or volume limitation should be transported as the checked baggage.

3. The non-checked baggage allowance of the passenger who holds with the child ticket is equal to that of the passenger who holds with the adult ticket. The passenger who holds with the infant ticket has no non-checked allowance.

III. The requirements of the Control over Non-Checked Baggage

1. For the sake of transport safety, Chengdu Airlines can joint with the passenger to check the baggage. When necessary, they can joint with relevant department to perform the check. If the passenger rejects to accept the check, Chengdu Airlines is authorized to reject to accept the transport of this baggage.

2. If the non-checked baggage of the passenger does not meet the transport conditions of Chengdu Airlines due to the circumstances of its shape, package, volume, weight or characteristics, Chengdu Airlines would request this passenger to improve such baggage. If the passenger is unable to or rejects the correction of this baggage, Chengdu Airlines is authorized to reject the transport of this baggage.
